El magistrado sustanciador adoptó la anterior decisión, tras advertir que la Corporación en la Sentencia C-073/10, declaró la exequibilidad de la norma acusada en dicha oportunidad, la cual coincide con la presentada en la actualidad.
La Sala Plena verifica que el recurso se presentó de manera extemporánea y por ello decide RECHAZARLO. 200
